NovaCore® is a new technologically advanced and patented fabric designed by Fenner Dunlop Engineered Conveyor Solutions with unsurpassed resistance to rip, tears, impacts and puntures. The unique fabric weave allows improved mechanical fastener retention and state-of-the-art finger splice technology which prolongs both types of splice life.
The smaller gauge of the NovaCore® carcass compared to similar tension rated multiplied fabric belting allows for smaller diameter pulleys throughout the conveyor system as welll as superior troughibility, tracking and load support.
The fabric construction and treatment result in enhanced resistance to edge raval, moisture, mildew and acid mine water. Suitable for conveying Aggregates, Rock, Copper, Gold, Limestone, Potash, Salt, and Trona
NovaCore® is currently offered in a single unit 300, 400 and 600 series construction.
