SOLUTIONS to Your Conveying Challenges
Impact, cutting and gouging are persistent problems when conveying wood products day in and day out. To battle these everyday challenges, Fenner Dunlop has engineered LogMaster®, a new innovative product line specifically designed for the harshest conveyor belt applications in the wood handling industry.
LogMaster® is engineered to be your solution from the severest log handling environments. Enhanced fabric constructions and increased between ply skim gauges are just two of the many improvements built into each belt to provide maximum belt life.
ENHANCED PRODUCT…INCREASED LIFE
LOGMASTER® III and LOGMASTER® IV are 3-ply and 4-ply constructions with specifically engineered poly/nylon carcasses designed with increased crosswise rigidity to handle side loading and impact needed in wood handling applications.
LOGMASTER® III
Designed:
- For most Slasher decks, Log drops, Debarkers – in & out feeds, Chipper in feeds, Drum discharge.
- To compete with 600 & 750 competitive belts or less.
- As 600 PIW belt
LOGMASTER® IV
Designed:
- For Slasher decks, Log drops, Debarkers – in & out feeds, Chipper in feeds, Drum discharge.
- To compete with 600 & 750 competitive belts or less.
- As 600 PIW belt.
Recommended:
- When greater crosswise rigidity is need.
- When extra carcass layer is needed for splicing purposes.
- Due to poorly maintained slider beds
- Due to material build-up
- When heavier construction is needed for impact, greater drop heights, larger logs, etc.
