Alpha Series manual monitors are economical, rugged, and suitable for many fixed applications. The series includes the following monitors:

Alpha-E Monitor

Alpha-E manual monitors have the following features:

• Rugged and corrosion-resistant brass construction
• Durable acrylic urethane finish
• Compact design with a height of 16 in. (406 mm) and a weight of about 58 lb (26 kg) without a nozzle
• Low friction loss with vaned elliptical waterway
• Maximum flow rate of up to 1250 gpm (4732 Lpm)
• Supplied with a 2.5 in. NHT male outlet
• Choice of a 3 in. or 4 in. 150 lb ANSI flat faced flange inlet
• Vertical movement is controlled by a tiller bar from 90° above horizontal to 45° below horizontal
• Full and continuous 360° rotation with a rugged, stainless steel lock hardware
• Easy lubrication is provided by brass balls used in all swivel joints with grease fittings
• Designed to minimize maintenance needs

Alpha MA-HV4 Monitor

Alpha MA-HV4 manual monitors have the following features:

• Rugged and lightweight aluminum construction
• Durable acrylic urethane finish
• Weighs about 38 lb (17 kg) without a nozzle
• Maximum flow rate of up to 2000 gpm (7570 Lpm) is provided by a single 4 in (102 mm) full-flow waterway with internal turning vanes
• Supplied with a 3.5 in. (M)NHT outlet
• Supplied with a 4 in., 150 lb ANSI flat faced flange inlet
• Vertical movement is controlled by a “Quick Acting” tiller bar from +75° above vertical and −25° below vertical and 360° horizontal movements
• “Easy-Lock” brake system insures the nozzle position “stays put” with the simple twist of an ergonomically designed locking bar
• Optional pressure gauge
• Alpha MB-4 brass version is also available

Alpha-SWH Monitor

Alpha-SWH manual monitors have the following features:

• Rugged and corrosion-resistant brass construction
• Durable acrylic urethane finish
• Extremely versatile and serves a variety of real world needs
• Designed to minimize maintenance needs
• Red urethane enamel finish
• Compact design with a height of 16 in. (406 mm) and weight of 48.5 lb (22 kg)
• Maximum flow-rate of up to 1250 gpm (4732 Lpm) is provided by a 3 in. (25 mm) unobstructed waterway
• Supplied with a 2.5 in. (M)NHT outlet
• Choice of a 3 in. or 4 in. 150 lb ANSI flat faced flange inlet
• 130° vertical movement from 70° above horizontal to 60° below horizontal
• 360° horizontal movement with positive twist lock
• Singel hand-wheel driven, stainless steel worm gear is fully enclosed in the gear case and protected from the elements
• Vaned elbow
• Gear holds a vertical position when it is stopped
• Easy lubrication is provided by four bronze ball races used in all swivel joints and grease fittings
