Description
The Task Force Tips V.U.M. RC 4″ANSI X CODE-RPM W/DRAIN is a robust Valve Under Monitor engineered for precise remote control of water flow to a master stream appliance. It facilitates efficient and safe water management in high-volume firefighting scenarios, enhancing operational flexibility and crew protection.
- Remote Control Actuation: Enables operators to manage water flow to the monitor from a safe standoff distance, significantly improving personnel safety.
- Auxiliary Gated Port: Features a 2.5″ NH Gated Elbow Left-Hand auxiliary port, providing an independently controlled secondary connection for additional hoselines or equipment.
- Integrated Ball Drain: Incorporates a dedicated ball drain, allowing for efficient system depressurization and rapid draining of the main line, which prevents water hammer or freezing.
- High-Capacity Inlet: Equipped with a 4″ ANSI 150 inlet, designed to accommodate the substantial flow volumes required for industrial master stream applications.
This VUM’s design is essential for industrial fire protection, municipal fire departments, and any scenario demanding sustained high-volume water delivery with enhanced operational control and crew safety.
